Soundrop, here are the guidelines for Tidal:

Thank you for your response and follow-up on this matter.

We can share the following guidelines about animated covers:

Display Aspect ratio 1:1

Maximum duration 10 seconds

Minimum resolution: 1280x1280

Media format: MP4, H264

Constant frame rate, 23.98 FPS minimum

Bit Rate: Variable, Constrained/Capped to 15 Mbps

Animation of the static cover only

First and last frames the same for seamless looping

If you would like to add animated covers to your works, please make sure your request is sent directly from your distributor, and they’ll work with us to make sure your profile gets updated.
