Licensing Hub for Verifying Cover Eligibility

An idea for the growing cover/arranger market: 1-Stop Page or Service to check a cover song can be licensed and distributed by Soundrop.
A page or Soundra-incorporated question hub to check EasySongLicensing (or other relevant databases) with significant confidence before Soundrop Artists produce and/or release cover music to answer the common question of "Is this song eligible for licensing, through a released CD in the U.S" or similar qualifications.
The anime and video game music scene is heavily reliant on asking Soundrop staff or each other for hearsay or less-organized data to ensure covers are licensed, and a center to answer this question could help centralize the info and encourage licensing through Soundrop itself.

I would love to help make this a thing! A lot of people aren't familiar with VGMDB and ESL and having a searchable database of known US-released soundtracks would benefit a lot of new cover artists! It'd also set Soundrop apart from competitors even more and probably be a great 'selling' point!
So, having a database of soundtracks with VGMDB links as a source (and/or Spotify, Bandcamp, Apple Music/iTunes links) would provide a cover artist with enough confidence to go ahead and arrange that cover!
