Someone know about other distributor?

I uploaded my new Tribute album on 8th February and I am still in the stage of PENDING APPROVAL!!!

I uploaded my new album on 6th February and I am still in the stage of PENDING APPROVAL!!! I wrote to soundropband only AI chatbox has responded me the link with general information about uploading process. Disaster = delivery and service! Next time I will choose other provider!

I am beyond frustrated right now. It has been about a month. I have 4 full albums and a single pending that have not even gone into review yet and I have clients contacting me concerned about the delay. I don't understand. I've been submitting requests about these releases and others for several months and I haven't gotten a single reply from soundrop. What other steps can be taken? I gave them my money and they don't even have a system set up to communicate with them effectively.

I'm in the same situation my cover songs supposed to be launch one week before and i upload, like a 2 weeks before the launch and the status it's "pending approval"

In september it took 4 days to approve new release, now it takes more than 3 weeks... AI generated music is a big problem I guess, new releases coming at extreme rate... Last week I had one release approved - took 13 days. So something is happening... Our other releases are pending and already past the release date.

I am also in the same situation and the saddest thing is that they do not respond anywhere, not even making an update to say that they are having problems
